At the core of Xtra Edge training is the Conflict Control Protocol - a structured response framework designed to prepare you for threatening situations with clarity, control, and decisive action. Most people assume self-defence is primarily physical. It is not.
 

How you respond under genuine threat depends first on what happens inside. Unmanaged, the stress response works against you. Trained, it becomes your greatest asset.
 

The Conflict Control Protocol conditions the mind to regulate fear - converting your body's natural stress reaction into controlled, purposeful action. Simple to learn, reliable under pressure, and effective in real situations.
You will not just learn what to do. You will learn how to be in the state to do it
